Baptist Union of Great Britain – Father God, we bring to you a World in turbulence, a World of divisions, a World of harsh words and toxic opinions. Lord we pray an abundance of your grace and love over us all. Over believers, over non-believers, over those of different faiths and beliefs to ours. Allow our hearts and actions to bring a Kingdom presence to all who look at us, so that we may be seen as an open, accepting, loving family, and not as a collection of buildings with closed doors. Lord we pray that our doors and arms are open, that our family is out into our communities, with the rich and poor alike, the heard and unheard, the non-marginalised and those who are marginalised.
