Complaints Policy

The BUS Complaints Policy sets out the procedure for a) complaints against the staff or actions of BUS, b) complaints against accredited ministers and c) complaints against Baptist churches.

Please note that complaints about the performance or conduct of a minister will normally be dealt with by the local church. Only complaints about serious misconduct, which may call into question a minister’s accreditation, will be considered by BUS.
