Prayer Diary

4th September

Please pray for young people who are heading off to university for the first time. Pray that they will settle in to university life quickly and that it will feel more normal and less stressful for freshers this year.

5th September

Scottish Baptist Lay Preachers’ Association – Please pray for our leadership team and committee, which has recently changed. Pray for God to lead them and to give vision. Pray for the ongoing work of the SBLPA supporting the local church in a season where it has been challenging and where preachers have had to seek new fresh ways to reach out with the Word of God. Pray for God to bring fresh input into SBLPA with new and young members.

6th September

Lerwick BC – We give thanks for the church family at Lerwick Baptist and we pray that God would use them mightily in the coming months to share Jesus with the local community. We pray for creativity and wisdom in this season.
