19th November

Give thanks that God calls us all to be ministers of the good news of Jesus wherever we are. Please pray for those people who may be exploring a particular call to ministry in some form or another. Pray that God’s clear direction and leading will be found by those that seek it.

20th November

South Leith BC – God has blessed the church with considerable growth over the last two years, and has sent Pastor Marinho from Brazil along with his associate Moises and their families to work with us. Marinho will be installed as Pastor after the Pandemic restrictions are eased. Please pray that the church will be effective in an extensive new project of outreach which has been launched in the community, and for the Brazilian team as they adjust to language and culture.

21st November

Lord we give thanks that we can worship you in song as well as in so many other ways. We pray today for the worship teams and bands within our churches who have endured a difficult season of leading your people in sung worship. Lord, may you pour out your Holy Spirit on these teams as they seek to encourage worshipping hearts and voices.

Every Sunday evening several hundred people from our churches across Scotland join in our National Prayer Livestream.

The prayer calendar is a framework to help individuals or congregations pray for all our churches throughout the year.
