4th April

Stuart Murdoch (Chaplain, Strathcarron Hospice) – Please pray for all the staff in the Hospice as we continue to support families during Covid. Demand for Chaplaincy Support continues to increase as well as the complexities to support patients, families and staff. Pray for wisdom to know how to respond to those complex and individual needs. Our part-time Chaplain has just retired and we are currently in a recruitment process. Please pray that will know God’s leading through this process.

5th April

Cornton Baptist Church , Stirling –  We give thanks to God that he has kept us united as a family over the past two years and that we have welcomed in some new faces during this time as well. We also give thanks for two recent baptismal services when a young lady and three young men gave testimony to God’s saving grace in their lives. Please pray with us as we consider what it is to be returning, rebuilding, renewing and refocusing after the pandemic. Pray for wisdom for the leaders as they seek to lead the church forward.

6th April

Lord Jesus we thank you for all the countries helping Ukrainian refugees find food, shelter and safety. We give thanks for the Baptist churches in Europe who are helping with the efforts to support refugees. May you provide all the resources required as they provide hospitality to those who need help.

Every Sunday evening several hundred people from our churches across Scotland join in our National Prayer Livestream.

The prayer calendar is a framework to help individuals or congregations pray for all our churches throughout the year.
