Lord Jesus as we gear up for Canopy Summer in a couple of weeks, we pray for the families, individuals and church groups coming to the event. We pray that after more than two years without meeting in a larger gathering, that it would be a fantastic day of spending time together and in worshipping you under the canopy of God!
29th May
Elgin Baptist Church – We pray today for Elgin Baptist and their work and witness in the town. May they know your presence with them God as they are salt and light in the local community.
30th May
Lord we thank you for the many volunteers that we have helping to run the Canopy day. We pray particularly for the teams preparing the youth and children’s streams. We pray blessing on the people giving of their time to make this happen and we pray for creativity in their preparations.
31st May
Ellon Baptist Church, Aberdeenshire – Please pray for our ministries, especially the new ones, that they each bless the town and show the love and reality of Jesus to those who attend. Please pray for the church as we move forward with our building project that God leads us clearly forward. Finally as we seek to deepen our discipleship, that God would make this fruitful and help us to live faithfully for Him in our daily lives.
