Presence Worship Night – Glasgow
Marc and Abigail, the young adults who started the worship night, share more about the gathering here:

“Presence is a monthly worship night where we long to see Sons and Daughters gather together to engage fully in worship to God! The worship night has been running for just under 5 years, since August 2021, in the East End of Glasgow.
The idea of doing a worship night came around during lockdown, as we felt grieved by the inability to gather as a body in person to worship together and encounter the Holy Spirit. Since then, the night has grown and flourished into a community devoted to one thing: seeking the face of God in sung worship.
It’s usually myself and Abigail that lead and we have been so blessed by others that have joined us on band from time to time, having instruments such as piano, violin and cajon to accompany us.

We love to create a space where the Presence of God is the primary focus, and remove anything that could get in the way of that. It’s been amazing to see how Presence has blessed others, brought about unity between churches and helped people grow in their relationship with Christ.
If you want to find out more, or come along to the next one, you can find us on instagram and facebook for more information!”
We pray for Marc and Abigail as they continue to grow and serve through Presence as a ministry.
Awaken Worship Night – Aberdeen

Roddy Ritchie, a member of the Awaken Media and Worship Team, shares about the heart behind the Awaken Worship Night’s that take place!
“Awaken was originally started by one of the young adults at Aberdeen Christian Fellowship, Nathan. The vision for the worship nights is to bring people from all around Aberdeen and eventually further to come in a time of worship, message and prayer.
We want to encourage everyone to be open to what God has in store for us each time we meet together. It’s been great so far to connect with like minded individuals and see the impact Awaken has had on those who have attended our first two worship nights.
Not only would we love to see people from all backgrounds in attendance but we would love to have members of other churches involved in some aspects of the worship night such as the worship team and as a guest speaker.
At the last Awaken night, our worship team welcomed two members from Hillview Community Church, so we have started on the journey of expansion.”
We thank God for all he is doing through Awaken; we pray that each gathering would be led by his Spirit, drawing people from every background to encounter him in a real and life-changing way.
