Reference Stipend 2026/27
The new reference stipend should increase to £33,600 (3.055% increase) plus manse or manse allowance.
The Manse Allowance for 2026 has been set at £8,035* increasing in line with inflation.

The per capita contribution remains at £42 for the year April 2026 to March 2027.
