10 Nov, 2021

10th November

We pray for church leaders who are very tired after what has been a very difficult 18 months. Lord give rest to the weary, wisdom for leadership teams in this season of recovery and fresh vision and inspiration to see what could be in the months to come.

11th November

Today we remember those who ‘for our tomorrow, gave their today’. We pray for those on active service in many parts of the world. We long, dear Lord, to see an end to conflict and instead see a healing balm of peace overflow in the world.

12th November

Sanquhar (St Ninians) BC – Having reached the age of 80 and having served as a Pastor for 30 years (14 in Sanquhar) it’s time for me to retire at the end of  2021. Please pray for me. We are truly blessed in having in our congregation a highly qualified, very experienced church leader who is ready and willing to continue the work – Mrs Cynthia Scott. Please pray for her to have wisdom and courage in the testing times ahead. And pray for the congregation as they reach out to the lost and needy.

Every Sunday evening several hundred people from our churches across Scotland join in our National Prayer Livestream.

The prayer calendar is a framework to help individuals or congregations pray for all our churches throughout the year.
